Hey everyone! I’ve worked as a piano technician in the Charlottesville area for the past couple of years, and am looking forward to imparting my love of the instrument as a Front Porch teacher. I started playing as a highly motivated 6-year old having just seen my first classical music concert (Handel’s Messiah at Cabell Hall, which ironically does not have a piano part!), and my love for the instrument and the genre has only grown since then. My favorite aspect of playing piano has always been being able to reflect how I am feeling in a particular moment through the music, and I hope to pass that along to my students!
