Rent our space
Our venue space, located at the downtown location (221 E Water St), is perfect for large groups, private parties or concerts, board retreats, and more! The venue accommodates 113 people for a seated event, 150 standing + lobby, and 52 people for events with tables and chairs set up. Rental packages can include the use of: Baldwin Concert Grand Piano, two built-in speakers (can be connected to aux cord), 5 banquet tables, 7 cafe tables, 100 chairs, and black tablecloths.
Email booking@frontporchcville.org to check availability and reserve the venue for your event. Depending on the nature of your event, venue rentals are subject to additional fees.
Venue Rates are as follows:
$50/Hr Monday – Thursday
$100/Hr Friday – Sunday
*please note: the venue is not available for rent M-Th after 4:00pm due to Front Porch programming. It is also not available for rent during weekdays of Front Porch Camp, which run 6/23-8/1/25. Please email HERE with more questions on this.
Optional:
$75 Set Up/Break Down – Front Porch staff will set up room to your specifications prior to your rental. Leave the room as you found it.
We expect renters to follow a policy of “leave no trace”. A cleaning fee will be added if additional cleaning is necessary after your rental.
