Instrument Rental

Rentals are $35 per month for current students and $40 per month for non-students, with an option to pay for insurance for $5/month and are available to customers in Central VA for in person local pickup. A 3.5% non-refundable processing fee is applied to all debit or credit card purchases.

The Renter shall have the option to purchase Liability Insurance for an additional $5 per month. Insurance protects the Renter from liability should the Instrument be damaged while in the Renter’s care. If the Renter waives Liability Insurance, any necessary repairs or replacement (with the exceptions of string replacement) due to damage during the rental period will be performed at the expense of the Renter, and if repair costs are more than the price of the Instrument, the Renter will be required to purchase the Instrument.

Rentals can be picked up or dropped off by appointment on Mondays at our Dale Ave Location (508 Dale Ave, directly behind the Preston Ave Bodo’s Bagels).
