An event every week that begins at 4:30pm on Sunday, repeating until December 3, 2017
Dance and have fun while improving your balance, strength, flexibility, and posture. This beginning class for teens and adults is perfect for those new to ballet or those returning to the technique after time away. Students should wear comfortable clothes that they can move in. Examples: leotard and tights, leggings, yoga pants, work out clothes. Ballet shoes are suggested, but not required (they can be purchased at The Hip Joint). Long hair should be secured in some way: ponytail, bun, twist, braids.
